Rusty Daily began his career with Iron Workers Local 48 as an apprentice on assignment to Allied Steel Construction Company and further contracted at Tinker Airforce Base in Lawton, OK and Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Thereafter, Daily joined Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 344 in 1998 and was assigned to United Mechanical, Inc. where he trained in commercial HVAC applications for both new and remodel construction.  In 2002, Daily started with Baker Hughes focusing on mud engineering and ultimately advancing to Mid-continent Business Development Manager.  In 2007, Daily began his career with Anchor Drilling Fluids USA, Inc. (ADF) and was subsequently promoted to US Sales Manager.  After ADF’s sale to Calumet Specialty Products in 2017, Daily joined Crescent Consulting, LLC to increase Crescent’s staffing exposure the oil and gas industry.  In 2023, Daily formed Daily Tradesmen, LLC to assist Midwest skilled laborers with the safest and most profitable contracting opportunities within the construction industry. With his experience in commercial construction Daily provides on demand workforce to general construction contractors.  Daily earned a Bachelor of Management with a minor in Economics from University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.
